I reallized that selling my lenovo y50 second in my country would equal a macbook pro price in china
the question is: Is there an option to get a macbook in china with only english engravings on the spot?

You mean English keyboard? If so yes usually u.s English is available in small quantities.

All Macbooks sold in China have American keyboard layout. However check with your relative if he also goes to Hong Kong - much much cheaper prices there! (and still the same US Keyboard layout)
