Buying a MBP & using Outlook or something!

Hi,
First post.
I really would like a MBP to try out Macs but work in a place which uses Outlook and shares contacts and calendars etc etc.
I need to be running something similar that lets me do this and alerts me immediately when new mail arrives.
So, I could use Parallels etc and run Outlook or, indeed, bootcamp, but I'd prefer to be in Mac mode and be alerted.

Any ideas?

Yes, Parallels will work fine for this. You will love your MBP if you decide to get it!

I believe that Microsoft Entourage will do what you need. Alternatively, if you can wait until September then OS 10.6 is supposed to include Exchange support.
