I was thinking of the Intel 320 160GB, but are the new MBPs SATA III or something? So would it be better to get a Corsair drive?

The 15" model reportedly has problems with the 6 Gbps link in the optibay.

You should, however, be able to use an SATA III drive in the main HDD bay without concern. The newest drives are actually able to saturate an SATA II connection during sequential writes so it's worth it to go with an SATA III drive in any computer that supports it (especially as there isn't much difference in price).
