Is there any benefit to buying an iMac from apple instead of amazon?

Is there any benefit to buying an iMac from apple instead of amazon?

The major benefit is that you customise your order to how you like. This is what I did. Instead of buying else where or in a store. I customised my purchase to get the exact specs.

Obviously, shipping will take a bit of time, but i had a good experience with Apple's shipping method (TNT atm). Fully trackable and got here quite fast, way faster then what was originally quoted on the order screen.
