Hi.

I'm looking to buy a New or Refurbished 15" Macbook Pro for under 1100 Euros and I was wondering if anyone here had experience with buying Macbooks from Ebay.de?

Also... I searched a bit and found this offer > ebay.de link

cMPB 15" / i7 / 4GB RAM / 500GB HDD / 6750m / 12m Warranty = 1085 Euros / ~1400 $

Is that a good deal?

Any help/advice is welcome. Thanks.

Comparing it to EUR prices and it seems okay. From what I read it is a refurb that has cosmetic faults.

Usually the most important thing about ebay is to use reliable payment services with or trust services and always check the reputation of the seller.

Are you German or did you just end up there somehow?

No. I'm from Croatia.

There is no real Apple stores here only resellers which are way overpriced. (For example. 2100 Euros for base 15" cMPB 2012. with 1 yr Warranty) , so I'm looking to get it from Germany since they have their own Ebay and I also got family there so they can bring the MPB to me when visiting.

Where does it say cosmetic faults? Did google translate get it wrong?

Google translate :

Das Gerät ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und weist keine bis kaum erkennbare gebrauchsspuren auf.

The unit is in mint condition and has not up barely recognizable signs of use.
