I need iLife 08 and found OEM to be cheaper but don't know if this site is legal or not?

Ok so then where can I buy legal iLife 08 for under $50 included shipping other then eBay?

First I doubt you will find a legal version for that price. Ebay ones will probably be ones that people have installed, then copied the disk and are then selling the original disk while still using the software which is a violation of the EULA for the product.

Your question when posed in another context could be "A guy on a street corner offered me a BMW for $2000, so where else can I buy a legal one for that much?" :D

it could be a legitimate disk such as the NFR (Not for Resale) [perhaps an X employee?] or someone who got the iLife 08 Up-To-Date program last fall?

after looking over that site, it hardly seems legitimate id stay away from that place.

Can you wait until Thanksgiving? I bought iWork 08 last year on Black Friday for $50 shipped, after corp discount and sale price. I think iLife was the same.

How about a used copy on eBay?

Er...... no! Apple has a policy of just 2 ownerships! But still, buying from ebay you're far better of buying a sealed box! Just bid on something ad you'll get it for somewhere around $55-60!

there are no OEM versions of iLife basically. just the retail. so ebay/craigslist looks to probably be your best bet.

Wow- I originally missed the actual site, but boy do I have to agree here!!!!

Let's see---

1. Download via http only- thus no disks or documentation....
2. Adobe Photoshop CS3 for $45 (retail $649)
3. Adobe CS3 Design Premium- $75 (retail $1,799)
4. etc.

Yes, it seems somebody has been busy on torrent sites and cranking up their keygens.

YIKES!
