Yes I do. The condition is typically "Brand New." Plus they come with a 1yr applecare warranty...the same as a new iPod.

I'm pretty sure that everyone on these forums will vouch for apples refurb products. I've ordered a few shuffles and they've been great! I actually just ordered a silver 2GB nano from the refurb store last week and it should be arriving sometime this week! From my experiences, I'm sure it will look brand new!

I have bought many refurbs from G5 powermacs to ipod shuffles and almost everthing in between. Not one problem with anything, except that the box isn't as pretty as normal retail
