Buying a refurb with recycle deal

Hey Guys,

I want to buy the Ipod Touch 2g 8gb refurb online, but I also want to recycle my old nano to get the 10% off. Is there any way to send my ipod in through mail? Or do I have to do it in stores? And if I do it in an Apple store, do they sell Refurbs there?
