The seller has a Word for Macs 2011 for 1 user,is it okay for my to install on my machine ?

Does it require to be activated like Adobe products ? Or just needs to type the serial number and that's it ?

Thanks

So if he still has "activated" I won't be able to install ?

Thanks

You'll be able to install it, just not activate it (thus after 30 days or so it'll lock you out of the app until you do activate it).

Did a further research and HERE says you cant deactivate it.

Confused now.

Do you really need Word for Mac? If you want something that is compatible with .doc and other Windows formats, why not use either LibreOffice or OpenOffice? They're both free.
