Carrier Buying a Verizon iPhone 6s plus outright at full price.

Can you buy a Verizon iPhone 6s or 6s plus from a Apple Store on launch day without carrier details if buying at full price? I had trouble pre ordering because I'm on a Verizon employee account and they make us wait months after launch to order one. Will I be able to walk into a store and pay for a Verizon iPhone full price without any issues?

You may be able to walk into a store and buy one but you can't get one via online pre-order as they make you give contract details. Rumor has it that the TMo phone is the exact same model number, but I haven't seen anything truly confirming that. You can pre-order the TMo version with no contract info given at all.
