However, I should add that an acquaintance of mine ordered a flash from them and did ultimately receive it. He said it took about a week to arrive, and when it did (the first time), it was just an empty box. He got DHL involved, and they took responsibility, saying the flash had apparently been stolen out of the box in transit. So then simplyelectronics dispatched another flash to him, and that one made it.
