Buying advice for a display!

Hello!
I need advice for a good display. I have a G3 Pismo and a Powerbook 15" 1.25 Ghz. Pls do not Dell.....I can not just stand in front of my PB watching a Dell.......
So I was looking for a refurb or a second hand ACD aluminium. Actually, when I started looking around I found lot of rewievs about the old ones CD (the 22" for instance) which in certain cases are better (for colors) than the new ones. What do you think? I´m from Europe, so here not much refurbs products in the online store!!

You would be taking a gamble with the older ones. They may have been better with color but as they age they are hard to keep calibrated. I work at a university and we have a few of the old ACD 17" displays and next to the newer 20" ACD's the old screens are almost yellow.
The 23" displays are Very Very nice but way expensive!
