Buying an iMac instore?

I plan on buying first iMac and wondered if I can go in store and buy the 21.5" model and is it only the base model or can I modify it to have the fusion drive or other bits?

Currently you do not have the option to get it in the store with a fusion drive. If you went into the store they would take you to the Apple web site and you would order it there in the store and it would be shipped.

Some users have reported non-stock configuration of the 27" iMac being carried in-store. It might be worth a look at your local store to see what they have.

Yes I read the top-of-the-range model is available in some places. Don't know about other configurations.
