Buying an iPad 2, do i need a screenguard ? If yes then please suggest which one.

I will be buying an iPad 2 soon and have almost decided on getting the Poetic Case
I am not sure whether i should get a screen protector for the iPad 2 ?? If i need one, then please suggest which one to get (preferably from amazon or ebay). I have read about screen protectors being glossy and matte. I am not sure which is better.
Please help me in making informed decision as i am new to iPads.

I've never really bought into the notion of screen protecters. I own/ed two iPhones and all three iPads and have never any scratches on the screens.

If I were to get one though, I'd get one of the matte variety.

Matte screen protectors suck on these glossy screens. You lose so much clarity. If you must put on a screen protector get a crystal clear one. But honestly you don't need one for an iPad.
