iPad Buying an iPad abroad with AppleCare back home

Hello there

I was checking the price difference between France & Japan and I was surprised to see it was 36%, but I’m bad in math.

I’m used to 25% difference before, as I was living in Singapore. Although, prices are catching up to European prices.

My question is as follow: am I allowed to buy AC+ in France for a device bought in Japan?
