Hi all,
I've bought an ipad mini for my dad's 70th birthday.
The idea was to put family pictures onto it (in iPhoto I suppose) before giving it to him.
What's the best way to do this?
Do I have to sync to my macbook? Will he still be able to sync to his imac without loosing whatever pictures I put onto it?
Thanks for any advice!
:)

You can sync to your macbook, but then he´d have to sync on that computer, which allegedly many people don´t do. Another one would be to simply upload the photos to dropbox, drive or similar, so that you install that app and download them all to the camera roll, then you can delete the app and he can sync wherever he wishes
