Buying an iphone 4 on ebay

If i buy a brand new, still sealed iphone 4 off ebay. Do I still have the warranty etc? as clearly i am not going to have a proof of purchase receipt from O2 or Apple or wherever I may purchase it from?

i really dont understand why do u wanna spend so much extra for this.

on ebay the prices start from 700+

btw warranties are only for that specific country where they selling the iphone.

I "watched" 2 yesterday which sold for £520, not that bad, i wouldn't pay loads more for it.
