So I live in the Netherlands and I'm looking to buy an iPhone 5C from the USA, but I'd like to know which one I should buy, cause as far as I'm aware there's a Global and a GSM one. I'd also like to know which carrier offers the right one (most I see are verizon unlocked for example).

Thanks in advance!

If you pay full price for an AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile one through the Apple Store, they'll be unlocked.

You can also get a readily available sim-free version in store. That would be your first choice. Them move to asking for a t-mobile one. Last resort would be asking for "device only" at&t and verizon 5c.
