I'm ready to pull the trigger on an X... unfortunately, its not available until October! I've had my iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Jet Black for a couple months now and its starting to get long in the tooth. Is anyone else planning to buy an 8 Plus and then sell it upon the release of the X? If so, what color and configuration?

Terrible trolling. 3/10.

You should probably buy several that way you can swap out every couple of weeks until the X arrives. Make sure to buy cases and screen protectors for all of them too, otherwise you’ll need to buy even more.

On the off chance you are serious, I don’t think there are many who can relate to you and provide you the advice you are looking for.

As Joe Diffie once said, “I’d like to have a problem like that.”

Can't call that an iphone 8. That's an iphone 6SSS or being nice..a 7S. Faster chip, wireless, bit of glass on back for the wireless, slightly better camera. That screams S. Same old crappy screen that needs constant rescaling. It was shame to see that still in play on iphone 7 after two years of it in the 6 series. On iphone 8?? Nope, sorry. Not when there's an iphone X with that screen.

If you want the X, buy the X. If you want both of them, then buy both of them and spend several thousand dollars.

Hell, maybe this is part of Apple's ploy.
