Buying an iPhone online at Apple Store Question....

Hi Everybody.

I'm one of (the few?) people that will be buying the new iPhone 3GS on the 19th. I live in Minneapolis. I will be in New Orleans on the 19th. Can I pre - order the iphone online today and have it waiting for me at the Apple Store in New Orleans on the 19th? I've never bought online with Apple before and don't know exactly how it works.
