I bought a Mac through the higher education store last year and it came with a 3 year warranty (instead of 1). I couldn't find anything about extra warranty on anything apart from Macs so I wanted to ask is there any benefit from buying an iPhone through the education store (extra warranty)? I know that there are no discounts on iPhones through HE.

Thanks.

I pre-ordered an iP5 through the education store. I will report back once I get it if it includes extended warranty. I did notice Apple Care was £48, which I believe is £13 cheaper than normal.
