I have a tmobile SIM and I want to stay with tmobile.
I just want know if I could go to an at&t store or apple store and buy a full price Iphone 5s " unlocked and no contract" since they are folly stocked with 16G iphone 5s grey in my area which is what I am looking for?

Buy from the Apple store device only. It will be unlocked. If you buy from AT&T it will be carrier locked to AT&T and you will have to ask them to unlock it for you.

The cost of ATT unlocks of 5S/5C costs around $10 (just for a reference). I think its worth it as the iPhones price is much higher :D

I would go for the ATTs phone. A phone from T-Mobile would be locked forever, its not possible to unlock it these days.

That is not true. T-Mobile iPhones sold at apple retail and online stores are unlocked.

Thank you guys

Do I have to reserve the phone before I go to the apple store or I can just go and buy the phone at the store?
