I want to get a droid or storm 2, and use it with verizon without contract. Is it possible to buy one on ebay (they're around 500 or more) and use it with a verizon prepaid account somehow and not get the data plan? Or even with a verizon contract but not have to sign up for data?
If not, can you use these phones with an att ot tmobile sim card? not sure how all this works. I wanna try these phones but dont want to sign any more contracts. I already have verizon mifi for data and an att phone plan (which I will probably drop soon) for my 2g iphone. I also have a tmobile prepaid sim line.
