Buying Apple Care from Ebay

I bought an Irish one for a Japanese MacBook Pro and just got a replacement and where and how I bought Applecare never came up.

Just make sure you get a box when you buy it. The problem is that people have been able to "forge" the key code that you type in so it appears valid. When the actual valid applecare with that number gets sold and registered. Apple come back to you and ask for the serial # on your box. Without a serial number apple will cancel the applecare.
