Other Buying applecare right away or wait a year?

Given that you can buy applecare up to 45 days after purchase, do you plan on buying the 2 year applecare on day one? Isn’t it just worth it to purchase it on a monthly basis after?

Either way is fine. I personally do it monthly as I am not even sure i'll keep it 2 years. Or, maybe I'll keep it longer.

I get it right away. Don't wanna have an accident with it an hour after I get it and ... oops!

I pay for the one year at $139 up front since i tend to trade up. If i feel ill keep my phone for the second year like i did with the iPhone 15 over the 16, ill add another year. Cheap insurance for just in case moments.
