I just switched from blackberry to iphone and i couldnt be happier with my decision. I added a credit card to the iphone account or whatever its called. Im not sure how much money is on it. Now lets say i have no money on it and i buy apps, will i get charged that on my monthly cellphone bill?

if on at&t or verizon than no. you just wont be able to buy any apps on your prepaid
