I don’t believe you can.
When I bought my Apple Watch Series 5 last year I bought it with a band that I knew I would never wear as, like you, I have plenty of bands already.
It’s still sealed in the box and ready for whomever buys the Watch when I upgrade to the Series 6 in the next few days. So they will have a brand-new band - lucky person.
