You have the Intel GMA 950. You're going to need to buy a new computer to get a better graphics processor.

You could have found it out yourself in the Graphics/Displays section of System Profiler.

You have a Laptop, you cannot (except on rare occasions) upgrade the video card.

The macbook doesn't really have a graphics card, it's more like a chip. On the motherboard.
