Buying custom phone tones

May I ask where is a bigger select of phone tones to buy because the apple store or itunes store seem limited.

I don't want the same sound someone else has either. So yeah.

Zedge and Audiko are decent sources. Or, like D.T. said, roll your own. I got bored with songs and rotate stock Samsung, Motorola, Nokia and other tones.

Yeah, I went a couple of sound FX sites that stockpile content from old Trek, animated soundbites from shows like Futurama, got some really fun sounds on my phone

In the past I've found .mp3 or .wav files from classic video games and used those (like the Mario "coin" sound for text messages, the Zelda "secret" melody for reminders, etc.)

I tend to use the stock sounds on my iPhone. However, over the years I've purchased a couple of ringtones from iTunes.
