Buying Dock for Office -- Both Windows/Mac Compatible?

So the title pretty much says it all -- I need to buy some docks for employees, and there's a mixed bag of Macs and PCs in the office. What I'd like is something like the Dynadock where all you plug in is one USB port and it supports audio, video (one or two monitors, more is better) and ethernet.

Any suggestions out there? It's going to be me setting these up, and I'm a very tech-savvy person, but stability is really key here.
