Buying Feb. '11 13" MBP - Free Lion upgrade?

Hey folks, more or less as titled.

My 14" Acer Windows 7 laptop has packed in and I've spotted the Feb. '11 13" MBP for £150 inc. tax (~$240) less than the current model. I believe the only difference is 2.3 vs 2.4 i5, 320 vs 500 HDD and Snow Leopard vs Lion. Will I still get a free upgrade to Lion or will I have to pay? I know it's not expensive - just wondering really.

Picked it up today. It actually came with Lion! Really love the MBP! It is taking a little getting used to as I've been a windows man until now.

Make sure you have 4 GB of RAM, Lion is pretty resource demanding.

I recently bought a cheap MBA 11" 2010 brand new. It qualified with no problems for the Lion Up To Date Programme.
