Hi All

If I were to buy from an Apple shop within say PC World, and I needed to claim under warranty, would I be able to return it to the store,or do I have to take it to an Apple Store.

Reason for asking is that it is easier for me to get to PC World, than an Apple Store.

Thanks

Alan

Apple warranty repairs can be done at Apple stores, Apple Authorized Service Providers, or by shipping the Mac to Apple.

If you are in the UK, your contract is with the people you bought it from (PC World), so you take it back there.

They may try to get you to go direct to Apple, and you probably would have a better experience doing that.
