From past years purchasing online, does anyone know if I purchase a 5s from Apple.com or att.com will I lose my employer discount? The reason I ask is just when I test it on apple.com with a 5C it shows the plan at the rate it will be before the discount. It won't drop it will it? Also same question but in reference to my grandfathered unlimited plan.

Nothing will change as long as you are grandfathered and choose the right data plan. Either sales channel you will be okay.
which is why they take so long to ship the phones and give crap information on your order status. just like last year..
Except for last year when I got my 5 a week later than those that ordered from carriers.
Sadly, there's no consistency to this. There's no way to be sure, you just gotta pick one and go with it.
