Basically I've bought an iPod Mini with the Computer with free iPod deal. But I've already placed a new iPod on order. But the Educational agreement reads as follows

"Purchase Quantity
Faculty, Staff and Students purchasing from the Apple Store for Education Individuals will be allowed to purchase the following quantities of product per academic school year:

iPod: One (1) per iPod family (iPod, iPod mini, iPod Shuffle 1GB, iPod Photo) may be purchased per academic year (Note: there is no quantity limitation on iPod Shuffle 512MB)"

Will there be a problem getting it at educational price? Would they've already cancelled my order if they were?

read it again, if you are buying a regular iPod then you are fine, but if you are buying a second iPod mini then no your not fine
