Buying iphone 4 please help.

Hey i was wondering if i buy the iphone $599 16gb, and buy a AT&T micro sim card online can i just activate my phone and use it with that sim? Or will i have to sign the contract, because i dont wanna go to AT&T store hear about the DEPOSIT im gonna have to give (im 18 and no credit history).

It comes with a sim in it already. Use just use itunes to activate it.

So it comes with the AT&T sim even though im purchasing the phone solely $599?

If you can afford the 600 dollar phone, can't you afford paying 200 bucks and a deposit?
