Buying iPhone 7 on Verizon Business account

I was trying to buy an iPhone 7 Plus with 2 year contract on Verizon Business account. How can I buy it at Apple store? No Verizon store has it in stock and online ship date is November. However, Apple store have it in stock but can't seem to order it.

Any advise?
