Other Buying iPhone from/for a different country collection

I'm from the UK and am planning to get this year's iPhone. I will be in Barcelona however around the 22nd for a few weeks so for the first time want to pre-order/order for delivery to a Barcelona AirBnB/Collection at the Apple Store there. Anyone know if this as simple as I'm hoping it will be or any issues I need to be aware of.

Also, can I get the VAT back when flying back to London :D
