Quick question...

I want to get an iPhone.. Will wait for 3G.. My contract is up with Verizon on 6/22, If the new 3g does not come out before then, can I switch to ATT, get a cheap phone, and THEN buy an iPhone when 3g rolls out, and switch the cheap phone with the existing account/phone # to the iPhone ? I want to port my number that I have now from VZ to the att account.... Possible ? Will it be more of an expensive plan ?

If I were you: Keep the current Verizon phone until after the end of the contract, regardless if the 3G iPhone is out before then. Then, when you get the iPhone, port the Verizon # when activating the iPhone on iTunes. You'll avoid any early termination fee since you'll be out of contract with Verizon. The iPhone plans start at $60/mo for 450 AT mins, 5000 N/W mins, 200 SMS, and unlimited data.
