Buying it but keeping my options open

I hate people who start talking about the next phone when the new one is just coming out. Well, now I am one of them. I love my LG G2 but I am dumping it to get the Iphone 6. However, I used the Verizon Edge program to get the G2 and I can get rid of the G2 and move into the Iphone 6 very easily. I believe that next years Iphone will have the sapphire screen issues worked out, they will have the TSMC 14 nm SOC and have a bunch of other good stuff. So I want to be in position to move into that phone when it comes out. Yeah I pay a little more for the phone on a monthly basis, but I want the flexibility. I guess the NEXT plan for ATT is about the same.
