If someone purchases Leopard OS disc, how many machines can they install it on?
 
the price difference is not that bad..
price for 1 license for tiger is 129
and for 5 licenses for tiger is 199

I bet that leopard is going to be about the same :)
 
According to the license you're buying when you buy the software, just one. Technically speaking the software would install on any number of computers, but that'd be a violation of the license.

i think that is the guy i talked to was hinting at...

so physically it can be installed on multiple machines as in big brother will not catch you via some online update/call home

ethically/legally you can only do one install or 5 depending on which version you buy.
