Bad deal, especially for an 11 inch model. You can get a 2011 refurbished for $849 from Apple and it will have a full year warranty and you can of course add AppleCare to it.

And for $999 you can get a refurbished 11inch 2011 with 4GB / 128GB for $999. The 2010 is $929 refurbished.

They said it has 9 months left on warranty. 2011 version with 64gb and 2 gb ram. Yea it seems like a bad deal but I can't find any where else selling cheaper plus i wouldn't have to pay tax.
