Hi,

I will be buying a MacBook Pro at HKIA soon. Is there anything that I should be wary of? I also want to buy AppleCare. Is this possible? Could anyone share some insight. Also please tell me if I posted this in the wrong category .

Thanks

While you may not pay duties on the computer, you very well will get raked over the coals on price.

I flew back from the middle east, and prices on Apple products (and most products) were 10 to 40 percent higher than they were locally.

It is $100 cheaper than what I can get it for in Toronto, Canada. The store is an Apple dealer.
