Buying macbook with cousins education discount?

Ok so next month ill be purchasing a 2.4ghz macbook and want to know if I use my cousins education discount can I have it shipped to my house in my cousins name? It would be purchased with my dad's debit card. I would have it shipped to my cousins address but he lives in AZ and I live in NJ. Does Apple even check these things?

Check Amazon. If you live in a state that doesn't pay sales tax on Amazon purchases, the total MacBook price will likely be cheaper there than at the apple store. The edu discount isn't really that great. Plus, get an Amazon visa that gives you 3x points when you buy from amazon and you can get 1-3 $25 gift certificates as a reward for using the card, depending on how much you are spending.
