Buying Minidisplay to HDMI Adaptor (example of buying something for a mac!)

Hi,

Just need something very simple and cheap like a Minidisplay to HDMI Adaptor. Is there a standard apple brand? Ebay and amazon has ones as cheap as a few dollars from third party manufacturers. Will these work the same? I have never bought anything for a Mac, so this will give me an idea.

There's the Apple brand. I use Monoprice's adapter.
