Buying My First Mac

Continual problems with my PCs has led me to look into a Mac.

I use my PC mainly for web browsing and Itunes. Occasional MS Word/Excel but not very much. Store pictures.

I saw this one on EBay. Curious as to your thoughts on it sufficing for my needs.
