Buying new hard drive, need some help.

So, I plan to buy a new hard drive to replace my apple one. Is a Seagate 120 GB 2.5" HDD okay?

+ Can I use this hdd enclosure: 2.5” Ritmo USB Ext. HDD Enclosure for my apple hdd?
