Buying new Iphone 4

So I have the iPhone 3GS but I bought it in March of this year not knowing there was the iPhone 4 coming out. So I don't have the full upgrade to get it for cheaper than $400. But before I shell out that much to get the new iPhone 4 I was wondering if anytime soon if there is going to be a new iPhone coming out and if I should just wait.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it thanks.

Yeah thats what I figured as well. Frig it I'm getting it. I'll just upgrade again if something comes out lol.
