Buying new Mac...Best way to sync iTunes Library?

Ok, in the next day or so I am going to buy either an iMac or Mini for my home and use my MacBook when on the road. Currently, I have ALL of my music on the MacBook. Is there a way to easily keep the iTunes Library on my MacBook and the new Mac synced? Or does anyone have some suggestions on how to manage this another way?
