Hi to one and all,i am looking at buying my first macbook shortly .I am an expat living in Italy,It is possible for me to order online at the apple shop here and get the macbook with english keyboard and instruction manual etc but all other software options are available only in Italian.Does anyone know if I can get copies in English, and if so how does one go about it?
Thanks in advance for any tips offered.

Yes, it is possible to order MBP with english keyboard and instructions. I think it is possible to get software in english as well. Call them and ask, 800 554 533 is Italy's number

thanks

Thanks Hellhammer,I will give them a call on Monday.

yeah you have to call them and explain everything to them.. i think you can buy from the Uk store though and ship it to italy but could cost more

No you can't. You can only ship it to same country, because otherwise, I would have ordered mine from UK because it was 500€ cheaper. I'm not sure though, but it's easiest to order from your country. Of course you can order from reseller in other country, eg Cancom in UK, but I don't know about taxes and imports, it can be more expensive
