Buying Open Box laptop.

I'm considering buying an Open Box laptop. Has anyone purchased open box item and had no problems?

The biggest problem with open box is the possibility of missing accessories or scratches. The original warranty may also be reduced if it started running when it was originally purchased. As long as the warranty is still valid and they allow returns due to defect. I don't see the problem.

If open box offers a decent savings I usually go for it. Same with refurbished. If it is manufacturer refurbished to like new condition.
